• Usage information — pages visited, features used and device type, used to improve the product.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage bookings between customers and businesses.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and service-related notifications.
• To help businesses manage their calendars, staff, clients and sales.
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing with businesses

When you book with a business on Velra, we share the details needed to fulfill your appointment — your name, contact details, and booking history with that business. Businesses are responsible for handling this information in line with applicable law.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls and secure payment processing. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
